Moved! So now back to business.

Got pretty liberal with interpreting this thumbnail, so I had some fun with it!  Spent too much time fiddling with some things, but shhh...

WIP of top-right image.  Lots to do still.

Gonna see what I can still get done tonight to mess around with potentially taking to finish, but egh moving put me behind so no promises..

Break time then back to work.

Moving blahhhh

I'm moving and still working, so I can't -just- work :(.  Still having fun with color/light changes, but good god I need to not go into so much detail for these.

Back to packing!

Color week, boop boop.

This week, we're taking thumbs from last week and doing 5 different version of 10 of them, and applying different lighting and color scenarios.  Super fun shit, man.  Unfortunately moving this week, so it's getting in the way a little.  4/5 of the first round, and I'll update this later with the 5th.

Edit:  All 5!

More to go!

A thumbnail kind of day.

This week is thumbnail week over at the art camp.  200 in a week?  No prob.  Though moving might get in the way >.<;  Also below is a quick sketch while I was listening to/watching this week's demo.

My thumbs are infinitely better than they used to be, hooooly shit.  Some with line, some brought out of abstraction.  There's some cool stuff going on, and plenty more thumbnails to go!

Going n' going.

One from imagination and I'm still going tonight.  Tried some atypical things for me for the imagination piece, and despite it having some errors and missed opportunities, I'm still pleased with it as an experiment.  Took me way too long, but still.

Also, fucking PACT got funded!  Hell yeah!

Overdue update!

Phew!  Lots of stuff to upload today.  Been meaning to get around to it, but last week was a bit of a hectic week (not to mention we're getting ready to move), so I'm finally able to get back to things.

We got your figures, your metal, your fur, your muscles!  Lots of studying and ecorche stuff from Scott Eaton's class that I just finished up last week, and applied the knowledge from that to the most recent (top-most) painting.  Definitely, definitely improved my figures 10-fold.  There's a level of understanding now that I just didn't have prior.  I just have to make sure that I refresh myself on it so that I don't lose it.

Also, TOTALLY got into Nathan Fowkes's Schoolism class in January, which filled upon opening a new session in less than 30 minutes.  I couldn't believe that it was full by the time I got done entering my information!  So psyched!

Also In animated GIF form: http://i.imgur.com/T5iLZr2.gif for those interested.

Just keeping myself going, and having a blast seeing the progress.  That's all for now.
